About Your Location

1. What is the clear ceiling height of your proposed location? (Please refer to the instructions below for measuring.)

2. Do you have a CAD layout of your site (provided by an architect) that you can share with us?

3. Are there any beams, poles, or other obstructions within the playground installation area?

4. Are there any obstacles in the ceiling space, such as air-conditioning ducts, vents, lighting fixtures, or exhaust pipes? If so, please send photos and measurements for accurate design integration.

5. Are there any hidden doors or emergency exits within the planned playground area?

6. For U.S. customers only: Do you know which IBC (International Building Code) is adopted by your city? If not, we can help check. Please note that playground structures are typically required to be at least 5 ft away from walls.

Additional Notes

1. All custom design requests must include real pictures of the proposed location. These images help our designers visualize your space and create a layout that fits perfectly.
2. If you have your own floor layout design, please ensure at least 18 inches of clearance from any walls.
3. EVA soft play mats will be included with your playground design in the playground are only (unless otherwise indicated). If you would like additional EVA soft play mats in other areas of your location please let us know.

4. Our standard structure heights are as follows (can be customized upon request):
· 1st Level: 5.9 ft (1.8 m)
· 2nd Level and each level above: 4.9 ft (1.5 m)
5. If your playground includes any ball blaster guns or a ball blaster zone, please reserve space for an air compressor, typically placed in a utility or storage room.
6. If you would like your company logo integrated into the playground design, please provide it in AI format.
7. The more information you provide, the faster and more accurately we can complete your custom design.
