At KanbeiPlay, we make the installation process simple, safe, and efficient. For larger playground projects (over 120m² and 4.5m high), our experienced installation team will travel to your site and complete the setup with precision. Every technician is well-trained to ensure the structure is secure, durable, and visually appealing. For smaller playgrounds, clients can confidently complete installation themselves using our step-by-step 3D diagrams. We also provide full remote support via Skype, WhatsApp, phone, or email—ensuring quick solutions to any questions during assembly.
Our Installation Process
Before shipment, we carefully pre-assemble and test all iron and plastic components in our factory. This includes drilling, fastening, and adjusting bridges or tunnels to the correct size. After the trial assembly, we take detailed photos for client confirmation before the final payment. To make on-site installation easier, every component is clearly labeled, and numbers are matched with the 3D installation drawings. With this system, installation becomes straightforward and worry-free, saving both time and cost.

STEP
Assemble the Frame
If your playground has three floors, start by cleaning the site and laying down EVA mats before assembling the base.
For two-floor projects, you may first assemble the frame, then carefully lift it to place the EVA mats underneath.
In cases where soft pads are provided instead of EVA mats, make sure they are positioned at the same time as the first-floor frame installation.
Always assemble level by level—begin with the ground floor, then continue to the next levels. Start with the vertical pipes.
Install Vertical Posts – Identify each post using the installation diagram (A1, A2… B1, B2…), attach fasteners, and position them with steel base plates.
Connect Horizontal Tubes – Secure horizontal tubes to the vertical posts according to the diagram. Use the color-coded system to match fastener types. Assemble floor by floor for stability and safety.

STEP
Install Slides, Bridges, Tunnels, and Other Accessories
Position slides, bridges, tunnels, and climbing elements according to the diagram.
Secure all components firmly to the main frame.
Ensure each accessory is correctly aligned and tightly fastened to prevent movement.
⚠️ Accessories (slides, bridges, tunnels, etc.) must be fitted at the same time as the frame to save time and ensure proper alignment. Please reach out to your KanbeiPlay sales consultant for detailed instructions.

STEP
Component Finishing and Safety Details
Cover all exposed steel pipes with PVC safety covers for a smooth, child-friendly surface.
Attach any remaining small components or interactive elements such as ball blasters or shooting games.
Conduct a final inspection of the entire playground, ensuring all fasteners are tight, surfaces are smooth, and everything is safe and ready for use.
