Where is your factory located?
Our factory is in Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province, China. The nearest airport is Wenzhou, with 1-hour flight to Shanghai and 2-hour flight to Guangzhou.

Can I visit Kanbei Playground’s production facility?
Absolutely! Schedule an appointment with our sales department, and we will provide a special driver from the airport or train station. You can tour our indoor playground, trampoline park, and ninja course sample rooms.

What warranty and maintenance does Kanbei provide?
We offer a one-year warranty for all products. If any defects occur under normal use according to our instructions, we will provide replacements. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs. More details are available on our Warranty Page.

How long does it take to receive a plan or design?
Typically, it takes 3 working days for an overall playground design. Larger or more complex projects may take longer.

How much does it cost to create a customized design?
Basic 3D designs are free using our standard models. For complex, custom models, design fees range from US
500 to ensure commitment from both parties.

What are your trade terms, payment terms, and delivery time?
Trade terms: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, DDP are all accepted
Payment terms: 30% T/T deposit, balance before loading; Trade Assurance via Alibaba; L/C at sight for large orders; Western Union, PayPal, credit card, or cash for small or trial orders
Delivery time: Typically 15–30 working days, depending on order quantity and size
